29/07/2013 - sms from Autopage to say my account has been suspended because July bal has not been paid... and I must pay a reconnection fee.
How about a warning? Why all of a sudden is payment due two days before month end? For the last ten years my account has been settled at month end or just after.
If you want to be odious, at least be consistent. Every month, your reminders come at different dates with various levels of tact.
Seems like you are doing everything in your power to make sure I don't renew my contract with you and I don't recall one reason why I should.
