The email confirming the move of the facility and service said claim your free cordless phone within two months of the successful reconnect.
Telkom shop Claremont does not make their number available but it can be found - except they don't answer. I want to phone and find out if they have stock before driving there, standing in queue for ages, finding no stock and then paying for parking on top of it!
They don't have stock - now what?
This is what I have learnt to expect of Telkom - promise something, no stock so you can't get one - why am I surprised???
Has anyone reading this sufficient professional pride to get a phone to me somehow? I'll even pay postage if I don't have to spend an hour or longer, as previously, in the queue at the Telkom shop again.
Someone at Telkom - please - meet my expectations of you the service provider?
