I UPGRADED THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND REQUESTED A GALAXY TAB. WE RECEIVED THIS GALAXY TAB ON THE 08.07.2013. AN INCORRECT SIM CARD WAS SUPPLIED AND THIS WAS INSERTED INTO THE SLOT AND I WAS UNABLE TO REMOVE IT. IT WAS STUCK. I RETURNED THIS TO AUTOPAGE AMANZIMTOTI ON THE 09.07.2013 WHO IN TURN SENT IT BACK TO MIDRAND REQUESTING A CREDIT AND A NEW TAB.
THE TURN AROUND TIME EXPLAINED TO ME BY THE SALESMAN AT MIDRAND AND AMANZIMTOTI WAS 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS.
IT IS NOW THE 26.07.2013 AND I STILL HAVE HAD NO LUCK ON ANYTHING. I HAVE VISITED THE AUTOPAGE STORE HERE IN AMANZIMTOTI ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND YET I STILL HAVE HAD NO ANSWERS. I HAVE CONTACTED AUTOPAGE AMANZIMTOTI ON 3 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS WITH STILL NO JOY.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE COME BACK TO ME ON THIS . QUICK TO SELL THE PRODUCT BUT NOT QUICK TO SOLVE PROBLEMS. COMMUNICATION IS POOR AND PATHETIC. I NEED ANSWERS
