Try harder to get new customers

I live in a rural area in KZN. I use 8-ta for my PC internet connection and surf on 3G. I have a vodacom sim in my Blackberry 8520. For the past month I have been having problems with data on vadacom after 18H00 in the evenings. I wanted to try 8-ta's service in my area to compare it to vodacom. Guess what - I have to buy a months Blackberry BIS with 8-ta in order to do this.
For an organisation that would like new subscribers I cannot fathom how this makes sense. Its not like I can just ask my neighbour - I live 12kms down the road from the nearest town and don't know anyone there using 8-ta on a Blackberry.
I really hope you pass this on to the guys at the top so they can realise how they have just lost a potential subscriber for a measly R59 - why should I pay to test your service? What is wrong with you guys? Yes I could just be scamming you, but you could have pinpointed my position since I was on the phone to your call centre - to see if I was lying.
Once again - TIA - this is Africa. it up. We dont care.
