I have had an issue with Cell C for 2 weeks now. The issue started last week Monday. My phone was soft blocked for high usage. I have paid my 50% and sent through my proof of payment which was received. Every time for the last 2 weeks when I call to get my phone up and running again, I was promised that the Credit Department would call me back to get my phone up and running again. Today, I had to phone twice again and every time where said to me that they would call me. I am still waiting for that call for 2 weeks. Unacceptable really. Can some call me so that I can use my phone again please. ASAP.
