Phone "in" for repairs since 17 March

Ive given in my Blacberry 9900 on the 17th, for repairs. No one knows where it is. Secunda branch tells me they've sent it to the repair centre, and repair centre tells me they've got no record of my phone. Flippen bad service! 'no idea what to do, or with who I can speak to, every manager at MTN's never there.!!!
