To start with i have not yet received feedback on my previous complaint. I have had my tablet for two months now and have not been able to connect to the Internet in that time i have requested a change of network but was told that cell c would have to send a technician to my area to the problem and i have not had feedback... Secondly i bought a cover with a keyboard the day i received my tablet and the keyboard was not working and i requested a re fund it has been more than a month and i have still not received my re fund... How long do i have to wait??? As i told you previously i don't intend to cancel my contract i just want to change networks but if you can not assist me with this matter i will cancel my contract and find a service provider that is willing to help me... and lastly i think it is very bad that there is no in store manager over weekends who would be able to assist a client...
