Bad Service, Uniformed Personell

After seeing all this good adverts about cellphone deals you have i decided to pay you a visit, boy do i REGRET.

I ordered my Q5 Blackberry via Cell C Direct - service by Siya Ndawo 100% thanks, however one mistake your deals on adverts especially this Q5 seems wasnt explained to the sales and call centre people because none of them and i mean NONE of them knew about the full benefits of this package Straight up 100 as advertised. I had to tell them more than 4 times when i called them. One guy named Warren wanted to argue me that im lying until he went to website and checked.

Im still waiting for my pro rata 250MB since the package includes BB Lite plan with 500MB free but i got the phone in the middle of the month.

Your network is very very poor, i dont receive calls it goes through to voicemail 99% of the time, im in Sandton what nonsense is that maybe the building is blocking the network? I have been with Vodacom for 10 years and have never had the problem, PLEASE HELP ME PORT BACK TO VODACOM SERIOUSLY I DONT WANT CELL C ANYMORE
if the call does come through it will cut during the conversation because of the network i cannot even finish conversations even with the call centre
