Elite mobile extended my contract without authority and without my consent. Have been passing me from pillar to post claiming vodacom was responsible. It is a strategy they use so as never to resolve your issue so that the contract period will run to the end. They have never resolved my issue and they know icasa is very back logged so that there is little a consumer can do. Look at the number of complaints against elite mobile. Use a more reputable and reliable service provider. You will get better service and be safe.
