I was shopping around for a new ISP and came across a good package and was ready to move since Cybersmart did not have the same value for money. I queired their price guarantee promise and initially expected some fine print or "its not exactly the same and you are not comparing apples with apples" but got none of that.
Within a day they matched it and gave the one month discount as promised. Very Happy indeed!
