Contract ended but my account still gets debited

Good day,

Seriously I don't know how MTN works, if someone cancelled their contract with the company how on earth can they still take a debit order off my flippen account. This is now the second month, I need the funds to be credited back to my account ASAP, I do not make use of your service anymore, don't you have that on paper??? Please fix this issue ASAP
