We signed debit order for R299 20 gig contract, now billed R1050pm. been handed over to NUDEBT for illegal deduction as we were not informed of this action or alleged problem. we see on statement Internet 5 Promo R950 & add on Midnight R100 = this is not what we agreed. awaiting explanation for this change since 14 June 2013 no one replies NO ONE answers. This is unacceptable.
