PAY FOR NO SERVICE

I HAVE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. FIRST THERE PRICE OF MY CONTRACT WENT UP WITHOUT ME BIENG NOTIFIED... THEN I HAD NO SIGNAL AT HOME, I CALLED COUNTLESS TIMES AND THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS THAT THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT AND WAIT FOR IT... THERE IS NO TURN AROUND TIME.. I THEN TOOK MY PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS, TURNAROUND TIME 7-14 DAYS.. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT MY PHONE WAS LIQUI DAMAGED. I THINK NOT, NOW ON DAY 16 IM YET TO RECIEVE MY LIQUI DAMAGED PHONE, BUT SADLY I NEED TO PAY
