On 19/07/2013 at 11:35 I phoned the MTN Network Coverage Complaints call centre to try and speak to William. who still has not phoned me back. Phembi Hlongwani answered and refused to help me if I could not provide him with a valid reference number. Shocking! He should be fired! Please MTN go ...
