D DYNAMIC DEBIT ORDER

I have just noticed that a debit order of R49.95 went off my account. I called the call centre to enquire and was given a telephone number, user & sequence number. The number DOES NOT EXIST!!! I then Googled D DYNAMIC and found that it is a. They are illegally and without authorisation taking money from accounts.
I call FNB call centre back to inform them of the and was told that there is NOTHING that they can do. I can cancel the debit order at a charge of R5 on-line or R15 with the consultant. I must also go into a branch and speak to a relationship manager??
