I posted last Wednesday about no signal in bryanston area. I was contacted by a gentleman in escalations and then asked to fill out a form and send back which I did. This form was then forwarded to technical I believe. After three e-mails and a phone call I still have no idea of what is happening if anything.
Please advise on how to cancel both my lines at the soonest as I do not want to pay towards a company that won't respond to my queries with any sort of concrete information.
