I HAVE NOT BEEN ASSISTED STILL!!!

I have been going through my statements, and for the months of December to March I have been paying R99 for my 2G, and BOOM all of a sudden, between the months of April and May the amounts have gone up six times higher, How the heck is that possible, and the funny thing is between those months, my modem has not been working, I only took it to Mtn around late May, YOU ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THERE IS NO WAY IN THAT I CAN PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING I HAVENT BEEN USING. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, EVEN WITH THE BILL OF R600 I called in, and I was told that I had gone over my limit, no freaking way I can go over my limit, it has never happened since I got the modem last year, and now its R300 how is that possible MTN?
