MTN officially the worst service ever

And here I go again. I have only ever used HelloPeter.com for MTN and it just keeps on happening. How is it possible that they can still be around if this is the kind of service one gets. I have been trying to change my debit order date from the 20th of each month to the 1st of each month since May. Well no suprise it is still not done. I got an email 21JUne to say they are sorry they see that I have tried to change my debit order date, but it hasn't been done yet and they gave me a case number and they busy investigating... well I don't know why I got the case number?? I have been to the Bayside branch 3 times to change it in the store, of which the last time was Tuesday 16July first they phoned the call centre which told them I need to come in again 18 AUG and only then I can change it after a long struggle they did manage to change it online and I got an sms to say that it has been changed succesfully... well no suprise, it hasn't been the 20th it went off again. So what more do I need to do to get this changed??? This is pathetic service and the worst of all is, I can do nothing about it I need to wait until they decide to help me.
