I have logged a number of complaints about the network coverage and data speed in my area and have not seen improvement, yet I am still charged for poor services. This month for some reason my bill is 10 TIMES MORE THAN THE CONTRACT FEE I SIGNED UP FOR (HALFWAY THROUGH THE MONTH) and when queried through the call center I am told that itemized billing is not available and in order to get an aggregated usage report emailed to me, I have to fax a copy of my ID or go to a store... THIS IS ARCHAIC!!! You are a technology service provider yet you require outdated methods of operation and deliver a substandard service!!! The only reason I even bothered to write this is that I am held to ransom by your service contract... how about actually delivering a reasonable service instead of abusing your customers and hiding behind term contracts!?
