I am still receiving threatening SMSs from this company despite the fact that I have (NUMEROUS TIMES) emailed them all the required documentation to prove that I have been double-charged on my Vodacom account. I have all sent all the documentation to various Vodacom departments as well but everyone everywhere claims that it is someone else's responsibility to sort the matter out. I am sick of being victimized due to other people not being competent enough to do their jobs. I have provided everything necessary to lay this matter to rest, but VVM is refusing to acknowledge this and have not responded to any of the multiple emails that I have sent them. The email address is correct (I have confirmed this several times) and yet they have not read my mails or used the evidence I provided to rectify the situation. They have no right to continue threatening me when they are the ones who are at fault. I will be reporting them to the Ombudsman if this continues. I am not the only one who is taking action against this joke of a company that thinks they are above the law and can harass people at will.
