I reported a faulty line on the 3rd of July 2013 and every time I call the call center (10210) they claim that fault has been forwarded to a technician. It has been more than three weeks' wait. I'm sorry to say but this is ridiculous. I called the head office and they keep referring me to someone else and then I get cut off. Someone please help!
