I called Altech Autopage today after seeing the bill for this month and complained about charges that amounted close to R300 that I never signed up for. I spoke to Arihana Begg who seemed friendly at first and she told me she will log a note to the credit department to to refund me. When I asked her how much they will credit me she put me on hold without even letting me know. I sat on the phone for three extra minutes waiting for assistance and was helped by someone else. I think there should be some level of decency applied in how consultants deal with clients. She should have at least told me she's gonna put me on hold so that I don't sit wondering if anyone will help me
