Amazing that Billing can only occur for a full period BUT you can stop a service if the contract period is halfway through a period.
If a contract expires on the 8th, then bill the month pro rata accordingly to this date? Your system is so superb that it can pro rata when you join the clan do the same when you cannot retain your client due to shoddy service, don't from your clients!
More and more clients will leave Vodacom as they become aware of your and tricks.
