I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT AT AUTOPAGE FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. NOW FOR THE LAST 3 MONTHS AUTOPAGE IS CHARGING ME EXTRAS FOR THINGS I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR SO NOW I AM BEING CHARGED R651.72 INSTEAD OF R490 AND FIGHTING FOR MY REFUND. ANOTHER PROBLEM IS I HAVE A R200 TOP UP AND FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS THEY SEND ME AN SMS TO SAY MY R200 HAS BEEN LOADED BUT I ONLY GET R80. THE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY BAD THE LASTS FEW MONTHS AND THEY PROMISE TO SORT OUT MY ISSUES BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. TIMES ARE TOUGH AND WOULD LIKE AUTOPAGE TO REFUND THE FUNDS BEEN CHARGED EXTRA.
