I called MTN 808 as I had paid my contract which had been suspended for 5 months, I was not able to check my balance, agent confirmed that I had R801 on my account, I questioned why if I should have 5 months worth of airtime, he said that roll over is only for 5 months which would still mean that I should have a R1000 till the 20/07 when I would be topped up, I asked for a confirmation in writting, He REFUSED, I asked for a manger, he REFUSED and eventually said he would send me a copy of my contract to go through but only cc me on a request to get the COC sent, if honestly he was reading the info from somewhere then he could have copied that and attched to an email instead of upseting me in the morning and referring me to something that I don not have to hand at that moment. Its been over 4 hours and I have not recieved any documents or feedback from anyone and I need an explaination why I am getting this service. I am loosing faith in MTN if this the service that customers get irregardless of what the query is. Ref number for the call is 102168152 and the fact that clients are muted and not placed on hold is appauling. I am payng for this service and I expect to be 100% happy with it
