Pathetic Service

I recently took out a data contract at the Clearwater branch. The gentleman that assisted with the account opening just told me that its 6gb data for R99 per month as it was on the pamphlet. I then asked him if there are any added fees and he said no. A few days afterwards I received a email bill stating that an amount of R121 would be debited from my account. I went back to the branch and was told a different story by the guy that assisted me. I went the following day as I was still not happy about the explanations and the guy that assisted me that day was very rude to me and said he'd log a case and gave me the case number saying someone will get back to me within 24hr. 3 days later I decided to go back as no one had contacted me with the feedback, I was told my case had been closed yet I was not informed about the outcome. When I asked the staff member what his name was he to me, when I went back asking for him no one knew who I asking for. I am really disgusted by the awful service as well as incompetent staff.
