Seems telkom can abuse their customers once again, i am paying for 4mb speed lines and due to SUPPOSED upgrades to the exchange NOT being live (even though promised 2 weeks ago this would happen) my line speeds are so bad my business is being affected. Going on to regular sites like Sars to do ...
