After having numerous problems with MTN (Repairs Servicing/ Billing - still unresolved), I had a pathetic conversation with Moosa, the store manager at MTN Sandton City after they lost my mobile phone cover. In typical MTN fashion, they will obviously simply post an inane response on this site merely to indicate that the problem has been dealt with, when in fact it has not. MTN you owe me my phone cover that you lost and there are still outstanding billing issues that you have not resolved. MTN, you really are a company that defies all Consumer Protection Act principles.
