Billing issues continue

I received my latest account statement, and on one of my lines there is a lot of data costs, very weird as I have BIS on that line. Went to the Nedbank building store in Sandton to query and was told that they can't tell me what the data was used for i.e. websites visited, streaming etc. there is nothing they can do. What the, I'm supposed just pay for things that you can't tell what it was for!!! Three words for Nashua Mobile, consumer protection act, this is the last straw, you will now be taken to court and made an example off!!!
