IT SEEMS LIKE GETTING ANY INFORMATION FROM MTN, LET ALONE THE CORRECT INFO, IS LIKE TRYING TO FIND THE LOST CITY OF ATLANTIS. I HAVE BEEN HAVING ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH LACK OF FORTHCOMING INFORMATION FROM MTN SERVICE AGENTS, ONLY TO FIND OUT RECENTLY THAT IN ADDITION MY INSURANCE FOR MY NEW CELLPHONE CONTRACT HAS NOT BEEN ABLED. EACH AGENT THAT I SPEAK TO GIVES ME A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE STORY AND REFERS ME TO SOMEBODY ELSE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING IN VAIN TO GET THROUGH TO THE MTN INSURANCE LINE BUT TO NO AVAIL. ALL I ASK IS FOR SOMEBODY TO SORT OUT MY INSURANCE ON MY HANDSET, I TRAVEL ALOT AND DO NOT WISH TO BE LEFT WITHOUT INSURANCE ON ANY OF MY ASSETS, NO MATTER HOW LITTLE.
