Hi,

I made a call to the travel insurance number and the person who answered told me that he would transfer me to an agent. I held on the line for 10min with no response. Then tried to call the number again and then heard that they were closed. Shocking service. I actually needed the travel insurance documents urgently as I have a visa appointment first thing in the morning... who is going to print them for me and have them ready at 8am?
