Dear FNB, I have finally found myself in the position of having to write this complaint on Hello Peter I have had endless months of hassle with my insurance from FNB putting my debt order through on the incorrect date to now I find out on Saturday that my policy has been suspend after FNB Insurance debited my account on the 29th of September's, then I find myself having to phone FNB incessantly to chase up to sort out the problems that FNB has created for me. People promise to call me back but never do, I have been with FNB for years and all I ever have is hassle after hassle and excuse after excuse and bad service, why does FNB back such a bad insurance, what are my choice's should I look for a better insurance company or will FNB pull their socks up and make me proud to say FNB is my insurance company.
