We've been having a network problem around Northriding since yesterday and are unable to receive calls. People are calling us and all we get are missed call notifications eventhough our phones are on. I phoned Vodacom to alert them of the problem and all they tell me is that they need 5 or more people to have the same problem before they can act, I mean what on earth is this??? So I must continue to suffer while waiting for five more people to come out of the woodwork and report the problem before I can be assisted???
