Reported case of no reception for the past 2 years. Received a call from Vodacom confirming that the contract would be canceled with no penalties and the balance of the contract would be waivered. Call centre confirmed in a telephone conversation on the 2nd of July 2013 that this would be put in writing and emailed - still awaiting confirmation form Vodacom
