Worst service ever

I have a mtn contract which was under my mums name - when upgrade was due in april we upgraded, i then decided to put the phone in my name thinking it would b more convenient, Lee (leandra) assisted me, and informed me all was sorted but then the following month my mothers account because apparently they put it in my name but did not change the banking details. now finally all is sorted, i recieved my statement, and extra money will be coming off my account, that is when i started dealing with fiso who gave me such attitude, i have a copy of my contract, but he said that i signed for whatever prorata and when i told him to send me a copy he a copy of it he couldnt. its really been an upheal battle, im at the point where i dont want to be apart of mtn anymore and iv bn with mtn for a very long time.
