Ref#: 302CTZ030713. Reported a faulty line a week ago and still waiting for a technician to come and do the repairs. It is ridiculous as I can not make use of the ADSL or the telephone. I have work to do and need the faster ADSL line so thus far I have been struggling with getting my work done. Furthermore, I tried calling the area manager, ten times, with no answer... Disappointed. :(
