My internet contract was wrongfully switched off by 8ta after 2 month. They handed me over to the department for doing so, even though it was due to their incompetence. Its been 2 WEEKS now and stil NO INTERNET. With a very boring reply by now saying: The complaint has been logged, but we are waiting for back office. 8ta is truly a pathetic company when it comes to customer care and the call centre staff needs proper training and obviously "back office" is not doing what they are suppose to.
