What a star!

Mosima was the silver lining to my cloud of despair. In desperation, I logged a complaint regarding my "lost" number. No one seemed to care or have the will or ability to help. Within two hours of lodging my complaint, this amazing human being called me (at 22h40) and within ten minutes had me back on network.
She realised how upset I was regarding the poor service I had endured for a week and went the extra mile to put me at ease. She promised to call again the next evening at 19h30 to check that all was still well with my phone... and guess what SHE DID INDEED CALL!!!
The world (and Telkom mobile specifically) definitely needs more of her calibre: Knowledgeable, caring, well spoken, dedicated and competent.
A HUGE THUMBS UP TO MOSIMA!!!
