I am very disappointed in Telkom, I have been begging for help to be assist on a matter, not even a e-mail back to say that we are referring you to the correct person.
Mr. Zweli Khoza from Telkom is not repayable at all as I keep on phoning him no answer when you sent a mail he does not replay.
This is pathetic and I will never advertise this name, no wonder I have no land line just because of this, we are a company and we need prompt service.
