Slow Internet full coverage

My Cell C account has been ever since I got it only usable at night around midnight. I cant browse download anything and i have full coverage and full signal i live in Johannesburg Roodepoort, Weltevreden Park.
Cellc come on please this is Ridiculous i have data I cant use
