Cancelled or not?

Hi

I cancelled my cellphone contract late last year, yet in December I was still billed in November and when I send emails I do not get a response and when I phone the line is busy the whole time.

All I want to do is get released from my contract, I DO NOT need a refund if one is warranted. I do not use this at all as the phone was lost a long time ago
