Eginning of this year i laid a complain about the phone received was not in good condition and now it was, i did a claim with Branden a week after i came to check if it was there already because he told it will take up to 7 working days but the form he sent to the insurance department didn't have my signature so i had to wait again because he had to resent it and now it a third week, today i went to check again and there was nothing no record of the claim i did with. so i'm fed-up now . i want refund for all my installment will go to another company because i really i cant take it any more!
