On the 3rd of July 2013 at 16:25 I received an answer on my query, REQ 2354443, obviously a cut and paste situation, that someone would be in contact with me with regards to my problem.
GUESS WHAT: it is the 10th of July 2013 11:56 and still no response or any indication that someone is attending to my problem.
