Despite having requested international roaming when converting from prepaid to contract immediately prior to departing on an overseas trip, this was not activated and the branch is now refusing to accept a written instruction requesting this to be rectified. They insist on a personal telephone call which, with time differences and lack of access to telephone services is not practical while I am travelling internationally. Since when was a written, signed instruction not legally acceptable?!! It would be appreciated if the branch can be enlightened and spurred into action to rectify their error without further inconvenience.
