Over the last 4 months I have many people saying they cant get through to me with messages such as "not available", "not available on the MTN network" [when I ported over 2 years ago] or goes straight into voicemail.
The voicemail does not work properly. Users get prompted but cannot leave a message. I have not received any communication since 2 July when I last raised the issue.
I have already wasted a lot of time over the last 4 months to resolve this. Now I am frustrated!
