Since my telphone went out of order on the the 26th of June after heavy rain, I called telkom to log the complaint. Nothing happened since and on the 2nd of July, I followed up and my complaint was "upgraded". I also received a telephone call from a technician on the same day, who made an appointment with me for 3pm.
He never arrived for this scheduled appointment.
I have since logged another complaint on the 5th of July, and my complaint was once again upgraded... Since then I have not reveided any feedback or responses.
i again contacted telkom on the 9th of July, and was again upgraded.
This is really unacceptable service.
