I am VERY upset with the service I have been getting. I subscribed for the MTN subscription fee, but as I am not using it enough and I am paying an astronomic amount for this service, I have been trying to cancel this since 2012. Under the impression that this has been cancelled, I didn't follow up again as I received an sms saying this service will be cancelled.

About 3 weeks ago I noticed that I am still paying for this subscription, no one cancelled this subscription! I have been phoning ever since I realized this. Which is 3 weeks ago. The first 2 people I didn't take names. The n I spoke to Thandi, Thabise and Moshulu and twice to Bongani. Every time I get told that someone will phone me back within 24 /48 hours. Every time I get told that they will log another query and the same story happens. They gave me the number 011 626 2699 to follow up, this number remains busy and I can not get hold of anyone.

How long before someone will help me!!!
