Incorrectly Billed

I have called in on 2 separate occasions, requesting why i had been billed at the end of June as i upgraded to a contract on the first of June and had been advised that i will paying the June and July subscription at the end of July. On both occasions, the agent could not confirm why i was debited. I did not receive a statement during the month of June so i don't know what i am paying for.

Can i please be assisted regarding this matter.
