CUT OFF PHONE LINE

Why is it that if you pay your account and your phone gets cut off, reponse you get is, issssh we could have cut off the wrong line it will take up to 72 hrs to reconnect.

All Very well, what about 72 no cell phone, loss of business.

Seriously how much more am i going to struggle with Telkom/8ta
