A Telkom cable technician worked on the phone pole outside our business on Wednesday 6 Nov'13? lunch time. When he left, our business phone 012-348 9435 was "unconnected" and we had no ADSL connectivity. There is a empty static noise when we lift the office landline receiver off the phone's hook. However; when you phone 012-348 9435 from a mobile phone, it gives a perfectly normal ringing tone (as though, there is no answer) Telkom has issued us with fault number 444 CTK 061113 but; they are not responding to the fact that the business is totally cut off from its customers... please get a line technician to reconnect the undone connections!
